Top CriticThe film never shows anyone being deeper, as if the surface patter of their '50s world is really all they are. . . . it's best to just leave this odd couple to the distant past of Geraldo and other talk show appearances.

The DVD edition contains deleted interviews with key characters, commentary from helmer Dan Klores and his two protags, Burt and Linda Fugach, Linda's art gallery, and most revelatory of all, letters written by Burt to Linda while in prison.
