A young man named Tom Cathral is assigned the task of tracking down an ex-CIA agent who wrote a scathing expose of the agency's practices. When he learns that the charges are true -- that an elite force of CIA killers called the Retrievers actually exists -- he decides to expose the CIA using his own method - martial arts. Thrilling and awe-inspiring fight scenes follow and build to a riveting climax!
