Billy Duncan has developed a secret formula for human regeneration -- a formula that the sinister Roach will do anything to obtain. When the diabolical madman's goons can't snatch the formula away from Bill, Roach must come up with a new plan... The fiend soon has the perfect idea: he enlists the aid of Billy's beautiful stepmother, Lorna, who he turns into an ultra-powerful Valkyrie named Electra. This apparently indestructible creature manages to nab the hero's formula easily. As a result, it's up to Billy and his girlfriend to stop Roach and his malevolent creation before it's too late.
