"Blood Creek" is a whole hell of a lot better than any movie called "Blood Creek" has a right to be.
The best satanic nazi vampire zombie-master flick that Schumacher's ever made.
[The story is] pretty silly and unfortunately some of the scenes obviously intended to be shocking and effective are hobbled by budget; the dodgy CGI really undermines the scares.
Unimpressive horror flick by Joel Schumacher. Enough there to keep your interest for at least awhile.
Is it worth a watch? The fantastic villain makes this worth a rental, or a view on cable.
Creek nevertheless fails to live up to the director's proven talents as a convincing screen stylist. It's ugly, raw, and marginally tasteless, so perhaps the irksome inability to clearly see what's going on is an unintentional gift.
Sorta surprising coming from a more mainstream director like Joel Schumacher, Blood Creek actually turns out to be a decent little horror movie with a great and memorable villain. Aside from some weak almost campy plot points involving the rules for said villain the film is a sleeper sucess and didn't deserve the
