Even as Shawn embarks on a road trip with his fiancée, Amy, he can't stop thinking about Mary, a magnetic stranger with whom he recently had a life-changing encounter. Sensing Jason's distance, Amy becomes increasingly upset and before long the arguing couple are in a nasty car crash. With Amy in a coma, a guilt-ridden Shawn tries to find a way to bring her back, ultimately crossing paths with Mary once more. Shawn will soon find out, though, that this mystery lady is doing the devil's work...and there's a certain soul she's after, one that recently escaped her clutches.
