See more 07/11/2011 Interesting film. You see these kids being interviewed and telling their stories about why they are in this reform school. Some of them look no older than 12 or 13, and you hear them say they are 'in' for murder. The stories are personal and touching. The length of sentences seem sometimes absurd for the crime committed. Seeing the change in some of the boys makes you wonder if 'criminals/deviants' can, in fact, really change. See more 10/16/2009 Wonder who has it worse, Kids in Juvie in the US or kids in Russia? And at times I wonder if it's staged. But all in all, i'm convinced it is not staged, and is a very personal, touching account of slices of life of the troubled children. See more Read all reviews
