It's to the actors' credit that they retain their authenticity amidst all these well-cast but cartoonishly drawn cutouts. Then again, perhaps Mendes's point was to throw Burt and Verona into relief by making everyone else a little ridiculous,

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

F the people that gave this anymore than 2 stars. Love Mendes and Maya is a personal Fav- this movie wasn't good. There was ZERO Chemistry between the leads. Dumb story, meh dialogue, the premise was even contrived. I don't know what it was trying to be, shoulda been a comedy- but it wasn't funny. Not at all. I don't recommend you waste your time.

I really liked how the actors got into their roles so well. I think that people watching the movie and other people really liked the fact that he is so naturally and elegantly immersed in his role.
