Bakercakes 06/19/2022 Its an absolutely ridiculous space sex opera that has been argued by many to be either feminist progressive storytelling or misogynistic exploitation. I think this movie lets you see what you want to see in it. Mayhap that is its lasting legacy. The popcorn was excellent, and that seems fitting. See more Francois O @RT11114556 May 22 It’s an excellent Scifi comedy, incredibly well acted by Jane Fonda. Of course it’s more poetic than realistic, and if you expect Hollywood special effects and heroes that take themselves very seriously, you won’t like that entertaining gem full of 60s colours, soft carpet on spaceship walls and a beautiful soundtrack blending upbeat groovy melodies and classical music. It’s somewhat sexy, but in a pure, hippie way (Barbarella changes 5 or 6 times to showcase awesome outfits). Idk you need to see that it’s like Scifi written by Austin Powers.
