Most of all, he's had it with their frugality. But he gets his chance to teach them a lesson when a money laundering criminal nearly bulldozes Preston with his car and the nervous criminal gives the little fellow a blank check as compensation. Reviews for Blank Check
One of the worst films to pass itself off as family entertainment features a flirtatious woman, a rich kid no one questions, and a brutal series of gags.
One of those smart-aleck kid adventures that manages to be entirely obnoxious with very little effort.
