Audience Reviews for The Book of Life

The Book of Life has promise but it doesn't have the full punch of Hartley's other work. An interesting existential film nonetheless.

Interesting low budget existential drama.

Not the best of Hal Hartley. Some dialog was brilliant but overall the movie didn't work for me - it was rather boring and not really that funny.
