You can definitely tell this was done by South Park creators. They even had Cartman's voice in the movie. This is one of the few comedies I was actually consistently laughing at, and that's what made it sooo good. Free on Plex Movies. Such a gem because NOOO one knows about it. Go watch! A low-budget Troma production, an affectionate homage to Oklahoma, and a story that covers many touch points of the real Alfred Packer’s life.
