A woman taking a long hard look at her life finds love along the way in this romantic drama. Fox Giovanni (Victoria Dillard) is a stockbroker who has focused on her career at the expense of her personal relationships and her ties to her family. Fox's high-stress lifestyle eventually leads to her to a near-fatal heart attack, and at the advice of her doctor, Fox travels to Slumber, North Carolina to visit her foster mother, one of the few people with whom she's ever been especially close.
