Namely that a small second rate Caribbean bank wrould have enough crisp bills to cash a five million dollar check. It is nicely photographed in saturated colors. Entertaining, but not great. Structurally sound, anyone could pull off the given prompt aside from the inspired direction under contributing fun by genre practice expressing one's skills, the committed performative energy is the uniqueness behind its independence's defined experience, with Dustin Hoffman's corruption being the particularity that brought the film under the watchlist radar, resulting it as worthwhile despite mixed similarities derived from other cinematic hits.
