His low-budget reenactment of TITANIC, filmed in his bathtub, has garnered him an "F," and now he must redeem himself. Craig's girlfriend Simone works at the County General hospital, situated squarely in the ghetto, where she swears the insanity must be seen to be believed. From incompetent doctors to sexy nurses and completely eccentric patients, Simone thinks the inhabitants of the hospital are the perfect fodder for a successful film.
