XVIII century in France. The marques of Cailloux offered his daughter hand to the prince of Gonzaga (Ernesto Alonso) without knowing that his daughter is already married with the duke of Nevers and has a child. Enrique de Lagardere is part of a muskeeteer group whose is contracted by Gonzaga to kill Nevers. Lagardere does not agree and finally decides to join Nevers against the assasins.
