This TV movie is based on the book written by Senator John McCain describing his 5 years of torture when he was a POW in Vietnam. Regardless of your political affiliation, there's no denying he is a patriotic and honorable man.

PRETTY GOOD. NICELY ACTED, BUT IT JUST HAS THAT MADE FOR TELEVISION LOOK I HATE. I FOUND IT VERY DISTRACTING. WELL PHOTOGRAPHED.

My Pa taped this for me off of A&E. The actor playing McCain was not good at all. I learned next to nothing. Slow moving. Not a good movie. Definitely "made-for-TV".

Welcome home, Johnny.
