Bruno (Christophe Le Masne) and Franck Spadone (Stanislas Merhar) are the team in question, running a seemingly infallible operation that nets them a princely sum day after day. Things go awry when Spadone falls for one of his victims, a radiant stripper named Laura (Monica Bellucci). But stripping brings some ties which the lusty libertine finds hard to deal with, most notably Laura's overbearing boss, Ferdinand (Carlo Brandt). Suddenly embroiled in Laura and Ferdinand's scheme to murder a local mobster, who takes a hefty share of the club's profits, Spadone finds himself sailing into deep criminal waters.
