Deciding to have a baby provides a big enough challenge, but when you feel the pressure of a biological clock and are involved with two women at once, it becomes an even more intense decision. Middle-aged cartoonist Duffy Bergman (Gene Wilder) explores his own indecision and panic about the possibility of parenthood with the two women in his life--estranged wife Meg (Christine Lahti) and new girlfriend Daphne (Mary Stuart Masterson)--in this directorial effort by Leonard Nimoy.
