Probably the best litmus test to take to see if you're into Toho's style of rubber suit monsters duking it out. Go to Full Review

Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah is off the hook. This movie has everything your sugar-coated inner child could possibly stand. Go to Full Review

The good parts are wonderful, but they are backloaded and buried under a science fiction plotline that is interesting mostly because of how confusing it gets. Go to Full Review

Lucky T @Lucky2010 3d I was really excited for this movie after watching the first two in the Heisei era. But by the time we go back in time, I must have had a brain aneurysm, because that acting, those visual effects, and that completely stupid plot were just terrible. I understand the other Godzilla movies haven't been the greatest, but they always had some charm, even when they were completely ridiculous. This one, though, is the worst of them all. I checked the runtime more times than I ever have with a movie. I will say the Japanese actors put in a lot of effort, and they actually deliver some of the best performances in the film—something I can’t say for the American actors. The last 30 minutes might be the best part, with two giant kaiju battling, and then one becomes a Mecha, which is awesome. But then the man refuses to leave, watching Godzilla, the creature that saved him now end him, that's one of the best scenes in any Godzilla movie—except for Godzilla Minus One. See more Conor T @RT72920782 May 14 If you want a Godzilla movie that isn’t as goofy compared to Godzilla vs. Megalon from 1973, Son of Godzilla from 1967, or Godzilla’s Revenge from 1969, and can be serious at its time, it’s an absolute MUST SEE! It perfectly explains the origins of Godzilla, and it has great monster action. Shindo’s death before Godzilla’s fight with Mecha-King Ghidorah is really emotional, and speaking of Mecha-King Ghidorah, he’s kaiju that was surprisingly not in any other Godzilla films after this film, I think he was a great and cool monster with a cool design. Godzilla’s design is pretty good, I love the muscular, angry expression, and he’s finally now 100 meters. King Ghidorah’s still great, and his new origin is solid, it was always one of my favorite Godzilla films for a long time, and 30 years later, it’s still a great, entertaining, and a fun kaiju flick from the 90s. Even though the time travel plot is hard to understand, it’s still a great, entertaining, and fun Kaiju film, and a must see. It was pretty unique in my opinion See more Vincent W. @Gojirilla5419 Jan 29 Definitely the weakest of the Heisei Era in my opinion, but even THEN it fails to not at least be entertaining.
