This movie is REALLY GOOD!!!!! it's sooo Funny and if u ever watched The Outsiders u can't believ a year ago that was Ponyboy (C. Thomas Howell) he grew up soo Fast.......one of the best scene in this movie is when Tim (Tommy Howell) is in a MTV dream singing "Steely Man of Action" it's areally catchy song. and it's nice to see both Tommy Howell and Patrick Swayze in movies togehter after The Outiders............xD I loooove this movie!

It was ok...kid falls for older women, who is semi-involved with a married man set against a destruction derby, not the best movie ever, but not horrible.

I really like this film very much, another underrated movie of the 1980s. C. Thomas Howell, Jamie Lee Curtis and Patrick Swayze star in this classic 1984 comedy-drama movie about life in a small town. A high school kid, who has dreams to go study oceanography falls for an older woman and another man is in love with her, a love triangle happens. Jennifer Jason Leigh, the late Troy Donahue, William Windom, John Philbin, Ramon Bieri and Carole Cook are great supporting cast members.
