Synopsis: Alexander Scott (Stephen Baldwin) is the jailed leader of an environmentalist group, thrown in the slammer as the chief suspect when a chemical plant mysteriously explodes. The bombings continue while Scott is in jail, and he begins to suspect that the loose cannon of his environmental...
