Innerspace may seem like nothing more than a silly riff on Fantastic Voyage, but in utilizing a rather unique & absurd approach, as well as stunning Oscar-winning visual effects, it manages to become a rather entertaining adventure.

Such an imaginative, fun, unique, entertaining movie! Great charismatic cast. A core 80's family, sci-fi, adventure film with some average Joe characters not set in space but in a science lab. It's both silly, strange, and sensitive. Doesn't get the credit it deserves. Who doesn't love frickin Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan when they were a couple?? And Martin Short is unforgettable, especially when shown as a regular guy, who's funny but not a comedy heel. So glad this came out when I was a kid.

I was really into Innerspace when I was a kid. I loved the concept, I thought it was exciting, it made me laugh, it had everything. It wasn’t until I grew up that I realized how bonkers of a movie it really is. The plot is really far out there, and there are parts of it that don’t really make sense. And yet, it’s still exciting and funny. If this film were made today, it would be entirely computer generated, but the practical effects actually help it hold up better. Martin Short is amusing, Dennis Quaid is charismatic, and Meg Ryan is adorable. Despite its shortcomings, I still enjoy Innerspace.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

Though perhaps a little too muddled for its own good, Innerspace is still great fun as a sci-fi comedy adventure, with superb special effects. Not to mention, Martin Short is a hoot.
