seems a little dated but was great to see anne baxter and sean young(the year b4 rockin it in "blade runner") a behind the scenes look at (based on a true story) of a found jane austin play and 2 director rivals who each want to put the newly discovered play but each in a different style-one sticking true to the time
October 1, 2011Merchant/Ivory has a reputation of being boring and if you hadn't seen their work since 1986's "A Room With A View" and only had this to go on, you'd think it was well earned. This has to be the least inspired, dreary group of characters and theater people ever put to screen. I didn't give a damn about anyone and
