Everyone says that this film is better than The Living Daylights due to its tone, but I would rank TLD and LTK at the same spot. Sanchez is a better villain than the previous ones. The plot of Bond getting revenge for his friend actually suites Bond like the novels. It's a shame that Dalton had only 2 movies. As much as Dalton is decent, he simply doesn't have the panache or suave that a Bond needs. Still a pretty good movie but he was hard to believe as Bond- it just is what it is.
