Featuring the stars and humor of the sketch comedy troupe THE UPRIGHT CITIZENS' BRIGADE, MARTIN AND ORLOFF is a similarly absurdist and episodic comedy. Martin Flam is an advertising executive with a ridiculous job: to come up with wacky mascots for various corporate commercials. After he attempts to kill himself, he is placed in the care of Dr. Eric Orloff, a glib, seemingly uncaring psychiatrist who leaves in the middle of their first session together to attend a softball game. As Martin begins following him around, demanding that Orloff complete their session together, the doctor goes to increasingly absurd (and comical) lengths to avoid his newest patient. MARTIN AND ORLOFF features supporting roles and cameos by such cult comedians as Amy Poehler, David Cross, Tina Fey, and Jeanine Garofalo. [More]
