A routine comic plot whipped up into an amenable time-waster by [writer John] Hughes and director Stan Dragoti with maximum efficiency and little imagination.
Classic '80s comedy with some minor hanky panky.
Now pretty sexist comedy with Michael Keaton assuming household duties.
Even with Erma Bombeck-style domestic humor like Mr. Mom's got in spades, Keaton consistently rises above the mawkish material.
engagingly corny comedy
A real comedy classic....Keaton's great in this
Lame, badly made comedy that wastes its star.
Sit-com material, ably done, with Keaton's off-kilter delivery a highlight.
