Computer programmer Angela Bennett (Sandra Bullock) starts a new freelance gig and, strangely, all her colleagues start dying. Does it have something to do with the mysterious disc she was given? Her suspicions are raised when, during a trip to Mexico, she's seduced by a handsome stranger (Jeremy Northam) intent on locating the same disc. Soon Angela is tangled up in a far-reaching conspiracy that leads to her identity being erased. Can she stop the same thing from happening to her life?

Filme: A REDE Assistido: 16-11-25 Elenco: @sandra.bullock.official @jeremynorthamfans Modelo: #ação #espionagem Duração: 1h 54m Ano: 1995 Minha opinião: Um filme que assiste e vê como era os computadores e desenhos gráficos da década de 90. Vemos também Bullock jovem depois do sucesso de Velocidade Máxima com Reeves. Aqui interpreta uma analista de sistema totalmente fechada para o Mundo sem amigos e que teve um relacionamento com seu psicólogo e termina depois de descobrir que era casado, mas que neste filme recorre a ele quando não existe mais ninguém. Tudo começa com um disquet que recebe de uma amigo para entender oque é. E se descobre que é um programa que pode invadir qualquer sistema FBI, CIA,... E assim eliminam ele e agora vem atrás de Angela (Bullock) onde Jack (Northam) se aproxima dela, mesmo tendo um relacionamento. Com vários momentos que Angela que tem sua identidade mudada e perder tudo que lhe tinha e as pessoas que tinha relacionamento. Até chegar ao final e desvendar i entregar toda a verdade. E eliminar aqueles que a perseguia. Vale apena assistir?: Um enredo e estoria muito bem construído. uma boa atuações. E efeitos que era possivel na época. Eu gosto de Bullock fazendo suas comédias. Filmes trazendo um empoderamento feminino, para época era dificil. Nota: 8

A movie that shows its age, with a plot and action as slow as surfing the net was 30 years ago. Other than seeing the ever likeable Sandra Bullock in one of her early roles, there's not a lot to recommend.

I was on the edge of my seat. Sandra Bullock's performance as Angela Bennet was solid and Dennis Miller's acting was a welcome levity. This is a timely film, I feel, what with how dependent we are all on technology.
