08/14/2008 Michael has really put his whole heart and soul into his project. This documentary, as astounding as it is, just skims the surface of Michael's influence on our city. Before Michael came to Deland, my friends and I would never walk behind the library. In fact, we would lock our car doors when we would need to drive through that area. Michael has turned the city around by his will and determination alone - even when everyone else said it could never be done. Urban Cowboy is a truly remarkable documentary about a citizen that came in and took over to make his American Dream come true. The Garden District is a beautiful place that is well known in our city. View this documentary with the realization that Arth didn't have any big money backers when he opted to take on this project, this work is purely his own sweat and blood. Hats off to you Michael, and thanks for sharing your story with the world! When someone that is truly talented like this comes along, its sure to influence someone else.
