See more 01/27/2020 This was a really sweet movie, Vanessa Redgrave and Trevor Morgan were great in their roles and everyone else did a very good job. It's a sweet story about love, loss and grief. It ends sweetly, and made me cry. It's a better movie than it gets credo for being. See more 11/18/2019 I loved this movie! The relationship between the son and father, the son who needed closure after his mother's death and the woman (Vanessa Redgrave) needed closure to her son's long ago death! The words she supposedly wrote in the book she said was her dead son's words was incredible. This movie left you feeling hopeful that there is something after death! I know this to be true as my mother died 8 years ago but for about 5 years I would have "things" happen that no one could explain (My husband never believed till he saw the things that happened!) I agree with the message of this movie--that LOVE remains after death! This movie is a gem to the eyes and ears with the incredible music! See more 09/16/2019 Loved V. Redgrave! Cute film. It started off a little shaky for me, in that I thought it was turning into a horror movie or a suspense movie - which I do not like. But as I sat through those moments my spirit resonated with what I Fully Believe to be truth as well. I hope it is a consolation to somebody's heart that this movie - as far as I have been taught and unequivocally believe - is nearly right on point.
