Moment to moment, the film makes a random kind of sense, but after about 30 minutes of this, it's clear that the author has no clue how it's all supposed to go together.

Shorter by 19 minutes and with more special effects, the "new version" of Kelly's mismash is still incoherent and structurally messy (like the one shown in Cannes Fest), but it's never boring and some of the ideas are original; eager to see his next film
