It delivers what you’d expect from a Dirty Harry movie: a tough, no-nonsense lead, gritty crime elements, and a straightforward revenge-driven plot. There are some strong moments, especially in the atmosphere and in how Harry Callahan is portrayed as a relentless force of justice. The film has enough structure and tension to keep it watchable, and it doesn’t completely lose sight of what makes the character work. That said, it can feel a bit uneven at times, with pacing that drags in certain sections and a story that isn’t quite as sharp or memorable as it could be. It’s entertaining, but not exceptional. Overall, it’s a little bit solid—worth a watch for fans, but not essential viewing. I rate it a 6/10.
