Two college students hope to create the first unbiased doc on the issue. They refused funding from churches, etc utilizing sources for student projects instead. Well done.

A revealing and provocative look into the deep secrets and deep pockets of the pro-life movement, UNBORN IN THE USA: Inside the War on Abortion weaves a riveting story from more than 70 exclusive interviews with pro-life activists and seldom-seen archival footage to document one of the most controversial social movements in American history. Filmmakers Stephen Fell and Will Thompson gained unprecedented access to pro-life groups, movement icons, fundraising machines, and even university students being specially groomed to carry the pro-life message for college credit, traveling across 35 states to bring us this eye-opening, often startling story. --© First Run Features [More]

Reviews
This shot-on-video documentary masterfully gives a balanced picture, sans editorializing.
Here's a movie everyone can hate. Anti-abortionists will hate it because, without any editorializing, [it] show the activists for the self-righteous zealots they are. And pro-choicers will hate it because the people and their propaganda are so odious.
Whatever your views on abortion, you need to hear the subjects of this film, if only to be able to fight them more effectively.
Unborn in the USA will not change your mind about abortion, but it will make pro-choicers think differently about people who actively work to stop it from happening.
t's almost impossible to make a fair-minded, non-exploitative documentary about the abortion debate, but Stephen Fell and Will Thompson take a credible shot with Unborn In The USA: Inside The War On Abortion.
The filmmakers suggest that this subject is innately unpleasant, and that if advocates on either side bring it into the open and provoke a visceral reaction from otherwise complacent foes, they've scored a small victory.
Filmmakers Stephen Fell and Will Thompson examine one reason the pro-life movement might be gaining so much ground: Its no-holds-barred use of disturbing images of aborted fetuses.
Much like last year's Jesus Camp, Fell and Thompson let the Christian fanatics hold the floor.
A snapshot of a well-funded political underground that doesn't appear to be going away anytime soon.
Whatever your personal feelings or political opinions on abortion, [directors] Fell and Thompson's film is likely to make you feel wretched. It's an uneven but fascinating survey of views and tactics in the contemporary pro-life movement.
Unborn doesn't really add or detract from the debate -- you wish the directors had asked a hard question or two.
The camera's shakiness and inability to focus on anything gave me a raging headache before 10 minutes had elapsed.
