Unnatural & Accidental becomes so chaotic and grotesque, it fails to elicit much sympathy for the people it purports to memorialize.
Unnatural & Accidental never really engages either your sympathies or your outrage.
You can see the good intentions, but this is a problematic film, with the usual low-budget drawbacks plus horrifying assault scenes.
