Then her souse uncle loses control of the boat and... Wealthy Doris Worthington delights in criticizing earthy singer- shipmate Stephen Jones. After one verbal fencing match, Doris fires Stephen. Then her souse uncle loses control of the boat and crashes it onto an exotic isle. There, Stephen and a handful of the aristocrats attempt to survive and to build a new life. There's one big difference, however: Stephen will not do any chores for his former employers, because he has been fired. Now the shoe's on the other foot, as Stephen lives off the land while his royal peers must get their hands dirty. Despite their class differences, Doris and Stephen do not realize a feeling common both to rich and poor -- love -- has a surprise in store for them. [More]
