      Ronald Squire was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Squire began his acting career with roles in such films as "Love in Exile" (1936), "Action For Slander" (1937) and "The Rocking Horse Winner" (1949). He also appeared in the James Stewart drama "No Highway" (1951). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "My Cousin Rachel" (1953), "The Man With a Million" (1953) and "Josephine and Men" (1955) with Peter Finch. He also appeared in the Kenneth More comedy "Raising a Riot" (1955) and the dramatic adaptation "Island in the Sun" (1957) with James Mason. Nearing the end of his career, he continued to act in the Richard Burton adaptation "Sea Wife" (1957), the Michael Redgrave crime adaptation "Law and Disorder" (1958) and the Ingrid Bergman dramatic adaptation "The Inn of the Sixth Happiness" (1958). He also appeared in "The Silken Affair" (1958). Squire was most recently credited in "Count Your Blessings" (1959). Squire passed away in November 1958 at the age of 72.
