Sarah Marshall began acting at the tender age of 16. Marshall began her acting career appearing mainly in films, such as "The Long, Hot Summer" (1958) with Paul Newman, the comedic adaptation "Wild and Wonderful" (1964) with Tony Curtis and the Suzanne Pleshette dramatic adaptation "A Rage to Live" (1965). She worked in television in her early acting career as well, including a part on "The Twilight Zone" (CBS, 1959-1964). She continued to work steadily in film throughout the sixties and the seventies, appearing in the Roddy McDowall comedy adaptation "Lord Love a Duck" (1966) and the action film "Embassy" (1973) with Richard Roundtree. She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Star Trek" (NBC, 1966-69). She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Cheers" (NBC, 1982-1993). She also had a part in the TV miniseries "People vs. Jean Harris" (1980-81). Marshall last acted in "Dangerous Minds" (1995). Marshall passed away in January 2014 at the age of 81.
