Unlucky-in-love Owen (Paul Schneider) has had it with Los Angeles, where he's been stuck ghostwriting bloated autobiographies. After an earthquake, Owen realizes he's tired of being Mr. Nice Guy: he is brutally honest with his friends and housemates, sharing his true thoughts about them, then decides to leave town for good.
