Damien Sachs (Sacha Baron Cohen) seemingly has it all: money, power, and a never ending stream of casual flings. As he prepares to ascend to the role of CEO at a leading advertising agency, his life is turned upside down when he wakes up in his worst nightmare: a parallel world dominated by women. Where he once ruled the boardroom, he now finds himself humbled and going head-to-head with the newly fierce and fearless Alex Fox (Rosamund Pike). With the rules of engagement changed and Alex at the top of her game, the two boldly battle it out in a playful and satirical comedy about what happens when the script is flipped.

If the film was retro-fit back to the 1960s, the dynamics may have rung truer but it still wouldn’t have been funny. Suggesting that it is radical for men to be relegated to cooking duty in 2026 you can almost hear Danny Trejo say 'Guys can do stuff now.'

Sacha Baron Cohen gives one of his best performances in this movie. Rosamund Pike was sweet and charming in this delightful role reversal movie. After hitting his head Damien is in his worst nightmare in a parallel universe with women treating men like what men had been doing to women for years. Damien is no longer a ladies man and lives with a cat. Very funny movie. Tim Treakle

Unfortunately this is not a good movie, it’s like they just took a premise and vomited out a script without any thought of it even makes sense. So much hypocrisy that drives the opposite point the premise tries to make. I knew going in the premise was pretty gimmicky, but was hoping for something at least entertaining. Unfortunately that is not the case, the whole thing lacks any real humor since it has to prop up fake stereotypes in order to drive the premise. Save your time and watch something worthwhile…even watching ads for two hours would be better than this.

Pike is having a lot of fun and make this watchable, but the script is flailing, the rest of the cast doesn't gel, the premise might be decent but the execution, especially in the final third, is stupid
