One's diminishing interest in the nuts and bolts of cheating a cheat can be forgiven when the sheer star wattage of the peppy cast is in close-up overdrive.
"Ladies vs Ricky Bahl" has much to recommend it at first, not least its premise.
All in all, Ladies vs. Ricky Bahl is an enjoyable evening's entertainment and a smart con story that is well-told.
The film starts off with the fraudster's conniving life and ends up as a romcom with a half-baked climax and a conventional end.
The natural, proven chemistry between Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma more than convincingly fill in the holes in the text, as do their individual performances.
