Sheriff Garrett (Matthew Modine) has a new lady who's crazy about him: Candy (Elizabeth Berkley), a beauty who's just arrived from New York City. The problem is, she's married to Mafia hood Eddie Colucci (Nicholas Turturro), who's in town searching for Jose (Paul Rodriguez), a smuggler who managed to get millions of dollars' worth of Viagra into the United States from Mexico. Unfortunately, Jose has decided to double-cross his old partners, who have come for their drugs -- and to kill him.
