Movie Info
Psychology professor John Hathaway (Don Ameche) moves to New York to work on his new book, an argument against jealousy in relationships. Publisher Elliott Morgan (Van Heflin) is quickly attracted to John's wife, Julie (Rosalind Russell), while John becomes friendly with editor Nellie Woods (Kay Francis), who has a crush on Elliott. Julie grows upset when John, practicing his anti-jealousy philosophy, encourages Elliott to spend more time with her.
