As director Wes Ball builds the eeriness around the complex entrapment of a community of boys living a Lord Of The Flies type existence, he is ably aided by imaginative and well-executed production design and special effects. Go to Full Review

R T @Kaushik05 2d Maze Runner is one of the most exciting movie series, filled with adventure, action, and suspense. The cast delivered brilliant performances and portrayed their characters exceptionally well. The movie keeps viewers engaged from beginning to end, making it an enjoyable watch with friends and family. The production and VFX teams also did an excellent job in bringing the story and its world to life. See more Swati B @Swatii 5d The Maze Runner is an exciting sci-fi adventure filled with mystery, action and survival. The film creates a fascinating world where every discovery leads to more questions, keeping the suspense alive throughout. The fast pace, dangerous challenges and strong group dynamics make it an engaging watch. Mysterious, intense and a great start to the trilogy. See more Muhammad I. @milo21 Jun 10 the perfect dystopian movie. See more mads S @maddiesong Jun 3 Absolutely incredible film. Although a little different from the books, the characters, themes and overall ideas were captured amazingly. So interesting to watch and Dylan O'brien was definitely the right choice. It forces you to ask so many questions, which is a great thing since all the characters are in the same boat. They did a great job at capturing attention in the first scene and ending the film with an intriguing cliff-hanger, making you only want to watch more. I made the terrible mistake of watching this on the plane and not realising I needed to download the sequels, which made me realise the film did a really good job at ending the movie without ending the idea, making the sequels seem more like a continuation to an unfinished story rather than a money-grab or a "what happened next". Overall one of my favourite movies that I never get tired of rewatching. See more Bobbo K @RT84120498 Jun 2 I loved this film, even though I had never read the books. I am sure it takes liberties with the source material; however, this film is fantastic. I loved the action; I loved the suspense. I found it odd how they just got so easily to the exit in like 10 minutes after they nearly got massacred, but you know it is what it is. These types of films just make my brain get masses of dopamine. Like imagine being in there. It would be so cool and so terrible at the same time, you know? It was just a great film. See more Vaughn M. @Chpow1010 May 30 I thought that the story was very interesting and fun but I did not like the ending and it is not good enough for me to watch the sequel anytime soon.
