Joseph H @MrXiro 11h This was a good supernatural drama with some good bites of death and mystery. I had a good time watching this movie and it certainly worth a rent if you like a good prison movie, I was getting some Green Mile vibes though the setting is more modern. The production looks great and lots a good amount of effects that has it punching well above the average streaming movie! See more Sharon L @Sharonlewis1982 1d I really enjoyed this slow burn thriller. Michael Kelly is always great. And this delivers. Fun to see him in the lead. I have been watching out for him continuously since House of Cards. See more J R @RT37543225 2d Good movie with a great cast, engaging story, and absolutely amazing cinematography. See more Micheal F @MFelix 4d This is literally the worst movie I have seen in a long time. If you cant sleep put this film on and it will put you right out. How do you mess up a movie with Michael Kelly this bad....Terrible directing See more Rebecca S @RT05653104 5d One thing I've come to appreciate about Will Wernick's films is that he doesn't take the obvious path. Just when you think you've figured it out, he takes the story somewhere unexpected but in a way that feels earned, not forced. Time of Death is the kind of suspense thriller that rewards paying attention. It's not a movie to have on while scrolling your phone. The subtle foreshadowing, visual details, and flashbacks all build toward an ending that makes you realize the clues were there all along. The cinematography, lighting, and authentic 1980s setting create a great atmosphere. Michael Kelly is excellent in the lead role, while Kevin Pollak and David Ury both deliver standout performances that bring depth and reality to the story. If you're looking for a thoughtful thriller that keeps you engaged instead of relying on cheap twists, this one is definitely worth watching. See more Pete F @RT41445764 Jun 23 This is a really good stream. It’s not Hitchcock, but (a) what is, and (b) does anyone watch movies anymore with the kind of focus required to appreciate Rear Window or Vertigo? The main characters are clearly drawn, you can follow the story, it moves quickly, and there’s a twist that upends what you assumed to be true at the beginning. It’s made for casual watching, but you can pay closer attention and get more out of it. There are a few minor errors in recreating the late 1980s that are fun to look for, and missed opportunities to draw out two characters, but this is far better than most of the dreck on Netflix or Prime. A strong effort that’s worth your time. See more Read all reviews
