gabz m 03/20/2024 I liked it but it's definitely not for everyone. It has a lot of dark and twisted humor but I think it does a good job standing on its own as a spinoff of Harvey Birdman:Attorney at Law. The characters are flawed, but I think that's a good thing. The situations that they get themselves into are crazy and hilarious. The animation is also very unique and well made. Overall, very funny, dark, and offbeat. It's got a fun, unique vibe and it's pretty fearless in the topics it jokes about, while also being inclusive & not punching down. This absolutely is not Harvey Birdman; if you go into it expecting Harvey Birdman, you're gonna be disappointed, but it is set in that universe & often uses that to its advantage. The show's sense of humor feels like it falls in the younger millennial/older gen-z range. The episodes are pretty well paced, so 1 episode can sometimes feel like 2 episodes worth of content. All of that combined makes for some really creative episode ideas & premises. Every joke isn't a homerun, but there's some good stuff in here! Episode 4 & 6 were my favorite; I'd consider 6 to be a homerun (in part from having spent 5 episodes with all the characters). It's refreshing to see a show that's not afraid to take creative & comedic risks. Good writing, great voice acting, great animation, great character designs, and fun characters. El principal defecto es que es una comedia que en general no hace reír. Tiene sus momentos pero son los menos por capítulos (y la mayoría son con el gato, un personaje que ni siquiera habla y es algo a tener en cuenta). Si tengo que decir algo bueno es que la animación es hermosa, tal cual las antiguas de las que el personaje principal esta sacada y que como son pocos capítulos dentro de todo es fácil de llevar.
