Elena Michaels is a loner in a world she never wanted to be part of. The only female werewolf in existence, she is desperate to escape from both the paranormal world she's in and the man who turned her into a wolf. So she abandons her pack and moves to a new city, where she works as a photographer and hides her strange existence from her new boyfriend. But she is torn between the two worlds when bodies start appearing in her pack's backyard, and Elena finds herself at Stonehaven, the creatures' ancestral domain, and quickly realizes that she'll stop at nothing to defend her pack. "Bitten" is based on Kelley Armstrong's New York Times best-selling fantasy book series "Women of the Otherworld."

A year ago, I wouldn't have questioned that, but given his new dictatorship built on a reign of terror, it could mean she'll be more interested in what the man has to say. Go to Full Review

Bruce M @BruceMc Sep 2 Season 1 was fun turn-your-brain-off entertainment, season 2 was muddled, season three is just a mess, with too many new characters and a stupid, drawn-out plotline. Still, it stars the goddess Laura Vandervoort, so it gets an extra star. See more 03/21/2018 Elena must choose between her family and her pack in the third and final season of Bitten. As Jeremy tries to strength his pack by bringing in all the rogue wolves Elena is tracked down by her biological father who is on the run from the alpha of the Russian pack, which leads to a confrontation between packs when the Russians come looking for him. Once again it's all about Elena (even more so than in previous seasons) and Laura Vandervoort steps up and gives a strong performance. However, there are some rather strange plot turns (particularly the ending) that don't seem in keeping with the established mythology (probable cause they're breaking away from the books). And the finale seems forced; likely do to the show's cancellation. Yet despite its problems, Season 3 of Bitten is exciting and action-packed, and provides a thrilling conclusion to the series.
