Capt. Louis Daniel assembles a squad of European law enforcement officers to help battle the explosion of international crime that accompanied the opening of borders by the European Union. Daniel calls on an old colleague, Carl Hickman -- a former NYPD detective who resigned when an injury on the job left him feeling betrayed -- to lead the team of five young cops who will travel to exotic locations in pursuit of vicious and elusive criminals. To survive in their dangerous field, the team members must get past their varied backgrounds and work as one.

Put off by the first episode of the pilot when the continuity failed miserably for the character Carl who was first shown wearing a glove on his damaged right hand followed by another shot at 05:43 where the left hand was wearing the glove! Found the plots implausible, the script saccharine and acting wooden. A drama needs to be dramatic and this just wasn't. Watched up to episode 3 to see if it would get any better. It didn't. Won't bother watching any more of it. See more 01/07/2019 The first two seasons were good. William Fichtner was good as the lead. I don't know why they chose to replace almost everyone for the 3rd season. Elizabeth Mitchell as a former Chicago cop is horrible. She sounds like a prep school teacher. No accent, nothing to make her believable as a Chicagoan. And no Chicago cop would every use the word "gobsmacked"! I laughed out loud when she said that.
