Roxanne Sancto Little White Lies 10/17/2018
The anthology series' uncomfortable mix of humour and horror is at times reminiscent of Psychovillean characters and tinges, but occupies a genre space entirely of its own. Go to Full Review
Rachel Cooke New Statesman 10/16/2018
At the risk of sounding like some awful, jargon-bound media studies lecturer - precisely the kind of person those I'm writing about might devote themselves to sending up - it seems to me that even the dissatisfactions are deeply satisfying. Go to Full Review

11/19/2021 Another great season in the collection of "Inside No.9" as it's sharper and brighter than it's ever been. See more 07/06/2021 Every season is brilliantly written, acted, and set. Each tale is a twisted mix of comedy, suspense, and horror. Characters from their other series, Psychoville, appear throughout the series. Steve and Reece have imaginations that rival Rod Serling and play each of their roles with 100% dedication and creativity. Each season's tale is exceptional, and a must see if you are into the macabre. See more 03/09/2021 This is one of the best tv series (and seasons) I have ever seen. I love every episode (including Empty orchestra). My favourite episode cpuld be the Bill, but literally every one is amazing. It's funny, dark, unsettling, memorable, gutwrenching, heartwarming, suspensful, twisty, sad, clever. The acting is superb every time - from Pemberton and Shearsmith and from from the actors in every episode. The writing is flawless. It's one of my favourite tv seasons to rewatch. See more 05/04/2020 The commentary of Diddle Diddle Dumpling says it all. See more 01/22/2020 Series 3 begins with a shocking Christmas tale and ends with a thrilling murder mystery. However, this absolute masterpiece houses one of the most underated pieces of writing and acting you will ever see. 'Diddle Diddle Dumpling' is a work of art and will punch you in the gut when you least expect it See more 09/02/2019 Full of twists, turns and turmoil. This phenomenal series really packs a punch when it comes dark humour. The show really puts the S satire! Writers Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith shock the media and stole audiences hearts. A MUST SEE ! See more Read all reviews
