There are so many strong performances here, and so many rich characters, that it's riveting from start to finish. And in between those two points is one wild, and brazen, emotional ride. Go to Full Review

For a dully cynical take on the OnlyFans economy, there’s Euphoria, but for a more affirming consideration, "Margo" is well worth the subscription. Go to Full Review

This modern musing on motherhood, dysfunctional family and doing your best is a delight — grounded by lovely chemistry between the core trio of Fanning, Pfeiffer and Offerman. Go to Full Review

[David E. Kelley's] adaptation of Thorpe’s novel is perhaps the most old-school [he's] been in some time, while still retaining the slickness of his prestige-adjacent era. It is, perhaps not coincidentally, his best work in years. Go to Full Review

Margo is purely watchable on a plot level, and it stays far, far away from anything deep or dangerous. What small power it has comes from the characters’ decency and the storytelling’s forgiving, generous nature. Go to Full Review

Cautionary and saucy, it's one of those rare instances where the TV version is actually more compelling than the book, introducing connections and relationships that enhance the provocative story while deleting some extraneous characters. Go to Full Review

Clover M @RT78406868 13h Margo’s Got Money Problems" is creative, emotional, funny, messy, and deeply human all at once. The cast is absolutely dynamic — I genuinely can’t imagine anyone else playing these characters. Their chemistry feels effortless and lived-in, which makes every moment hit even harder. Loved it! See more Chrissie H. @wilddoglch 17h Brilliant. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, etc. See more Abraham R @Mrsnobody 1d Me encantó, muchas personas en este caso mujeres viven esto y solo ellas saben las cosas, los esfuerzos, las tormentas a soportar en un caso así, es una realidad y que aquí está súper bien representado incluso hay casos peores, en cuanto al tema de only fans por los dioses hoy en día quien no tiene un pack? El cuerpo es arte y se valora dependiendo los ojos que lo ven. El soundtrack es muy bueno y actuaciones de calidad. See more JP K @JPKnLA 1d Just because it's got Fanning's chee chees and Dave Kelly's name just adds up to... to what, exactly? This isn't ANYTHING that women of color haven't been doing for forever, and that's not really the point, I concede, but WHAT, exactly, is SO "special" about this setting, these characters, the STORY... to quote War, "absolutely NOTHING." See more Robert D @BigDawg21 1d I am surprised this show was made in 2026. All the people telling her to abort or abandon her child are bad people in the show. Hopefully they don't do the thing where centralists or right people like a show so they ruin it. Elite story telling. Casting is great. The acting delivers. Nick Offerman's best performance. See more Ryan K @ryan_k1 1d Entertaining show examining how one woman's choice to keep a surprise pregnancy completely upends her life. Season one of Margo's Got Money Troubles follows Elle Fanning in the titular role as she navigates the difficulties of being a single mother with limited career options and significant financial responsibility. The financial and emotional stress that she and her parents have endured has enacted a significant toll that leads to bursts of anger and poor decision-making throughout the series. The writing is believable, and the main cast all turn in excellent performances. The story is captivating, the pacing is perfect, and the conclusion of the season provides a satisfying ending. I'm unsure what will happen in season two of Margo's Got Money Troubles, but I significantly enjoyed the first season and am willing to give the showrunners the benefit of the doubt.
