Elle Fanning completely carries this for me. It's funny, messy and surprisingly warm, and I really liked how the show treats Margo as a flawed person rather than making her either a victim or a perfect heroine.

Elle fanning is a great actress, she can portray any role so well. I think the show has great potential, a struggling single mother navigating through life and while trying to navigate past childhood trauma, and financial challenges. The show itself is really great at portraying real life.

I can’t believe I made it through six episodes of this stupidity. She’s supposed to be a brilliant writer? There’s no sign of her brilliance in any of these episodes. an idiotic Skit with her friends from only fans, highlights sunchips and not her intelligence. It was groan Inducing from the start. Michelle Pfeiffer character is one dimensional and poorly played. It is a waste of time!
