While not her best role, this movie deserves no less than three stars. The comedy is zany and the romance solid.
Only Streisand movie I like. Story about an aging boxer who is forced to return to boxing to pay back his debts. Good but not great movie.
Female executive goes bankrupt and partners with a former boxer who returns to the ring, this gives her the idea to invest in him and become his manager. It's a decent movie and O'Neal alongside Streisand for the second time, proves to be a good on screen duo.
The whole premise is hookie and tripe so why the hell did I like this movie;well beats the hell out of me but I did anyway.
Guilty favorite. Technically not a great movie, but just fun and good chemistry between O'Neal & Streisand.
a reuniting of a previously classic screen pairing in the hopes of buffering a plain, mildly humoured script which couldn't be tempered by any director
Babs does Rocky strange film
This is like a modern version of Pat and Mike in a way, but slightly funnier. Still it's a predictable romantic comedy. Overall it's pretty good.
Hadn't seen this movie since the 80's
