A mystical mask drives all who wear it to murder and madness with fantastic hallucinations and ungodly evil. A brilliant psychiatrist is possessed by the mask's ancient and lethal powers. Filmed with 3-D sequences. Each cassette contains five pairs of 3-D glasses. Re-titled later as "Eyes from Hell."

The 3D bits - which viewers see through a "Magic Mystic Mask" after commands to "Put the mask on now!" - are actually surprisingly freaky and effective, even now, and they fit right in with the current yen for practical effects over CGI ones.
